The most note-able thing Gary mentioned to me, was that he does his best to take on and solve any problem or conflict he is able to so the buyer doesn't get overwhelmed. This kind of service and dedication was very reassuring and helped me navigate the process much easier. All the negotiations went smoothly and I would vouch for anyone to have Gary represent you in a buying situation.
